This item was the 2nd order. My Wife was so disappointed in the Toby service. POV of my Wife: 1. My husband bought my shoes sa kanila at a discounted price however to our surprise hindi kasya yung size 5 sakin. So we emailed their customer service kung pwede magpapalit ng size. 2. Hindi pwede magpapalit ng size, need mo ulit bumili kasi ang refund nila is through VOUCHER. 3. Nung nirefund kami as voucher, nawala na yung unang voucher discount kaya nagtaas na yung price ng shoes. So nagdagdag ulit kami to cover yung taas niya. ( I know sayang, kahit size lang naman talaga papalit no choice) 4. Dumating yung shoes na mainit yung box and yung mismong product. I don't even know gano siya nagtagal sa heated box na to. As far I know, heat can crinkle leather? And yes, I saw some crinkle sa shoe. Ayoko nang magpunta pa sa customer service nila. Nakakainis lang. Sana baguhin niyo policy niyo about returns/ refunds.
