The CORE Step Bench is equipped with a backrest that’s built with a hydraulic cylinder for support. This provides the backrest extra strength you need for the freedom to modify the degree of its incline.
The CORE Step Bench also has 8 Upper Resistance Band Clips and 4 Lower Resistance Band Clips where you can easily attach resistance tubes to. By adding resistance bands to these spots, you can add strength training to your workouts, even if you're using the Step Bench with an incline or decline in a seated or standing position.
