GIFT CARD

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• *The Toby’s Sports Gift Card may be redeemed at participating Toby’s Sports stores.
• *The Toby’s 3-in-1 Gift Card may be redeemed at participating Toby’s, RUNNR and Urban Athletics stores. 
• *Gift Card is reloadable, and the additional value may be added up to the maximum amount allowed. Purchases will be deducted from the Gift Card until the value reaches zero
• *Card is valid only in the Philippines. If card is defective, proof of purchase or an original receipt must be presented to get a replacement card 
• *Please safeguard this Card as it cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Card balances cannot be transferred onto or used to purchase another Gift Card 
• *This card is not redeemable for cash unless required by law and cannot be used to make payments on any charge account
• *Use of this card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. You may check your Gift Card balance at participating outlets
• *If card is inactive for twelve (12) months with a remaining balance, a monthly maintenance fee shall be charged monthly while the card remains inactive until the card reaches zero or the card is reloadable or used for purchase

• *All Toby's Sports Metro Manila stores (except Alabang Town Center, Festival Mall & SM Valenzuela) and in provincial stores in SM Marilao, SM Baliuag, SM Pampanga, SM Tarlac, SM Bacoor, SM San Pablo, SM Telabastagan, SM Baguio, SM Legazpi, SM Dagupan, SM Iloilo, SM Cebu, SM Seaside Cebu, Limketkai Mall CDO and Abreeza Davao 
• *RUNNR stores in Bonifacio High Street and Ayala Center Cebu 
• *Urban Athletics stores in Greenbelt 3, SM Fairview, SM Megamall, S’ Maison Conrad Hotel
  
  GIFT CERTIFICATE
  
  VALIDITY AND USE

• *This Toby’s Sports Gift Certificate shall have no expiry date. The only exceptions would be some gift certificates acquired as prizes from contests and/or promos.
• *You may use the gift certificate in any Toby’s Sports store nationwide.
• *The Gift certificate cannot be used to make purchases on the Toby’s Sports website. 
• *The Gift Certificate can only be used for one single purchase. Purchases exceeding the value of this Gift Certificate may be settled in combination with another Gift Certificate or other mode of payment.
• *The Gift Certificate cannot be exchanged for cash

LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED GIFT CERTIFICATE

• *Toby’s Sports will not replace or reimburse a Gift Certificate should it be lost, stolen or damaged. 
• *Gift certificates with damage that have compromised their security and authenticity will not be honored.

ONLINE VOUCHER

• *All online vouchers are non-transferable and not convertible to cash.
• *All online vouchers can only be redeemed in the online store. 
• *Toby’s Sports reserves the right to suspend or cancel any issued Online voucher that are associated with a violation of its policies. All online vouchers may be cancelled or put on hold should there be a need to review the whole transaction for suspected fraud, or for vouchers mistakenly issued in an incorrect denomination. Toby’s Sports reserves the right to void any Online Vouchers should there be an abuse of the claim process.
