The battle lines were drawn, the court was set, and the crowd packed the SM Mall of Asia Music Hall last July 26 for the highly anticipated Court Master 1v1 Finals, presented by Toby’s Sports and adidas. What started as a nationwide shooting challenge with hundreds of hopefuls came down to 32 of the most skilled players in the country. In front of a roaring audience, bright lights, and a stage made for champions, John Christopher Samson emerged as the ultimate Court Master.
Court Master was more than just a competition—it was a true showcase of grit, stamina, and basketball excellence. After weeks of in-store shootouts across Toby’s Sports branches nationwide, the top 30 scorers (plus 2 wildcards) battled under the spotlight of MOA. The format was simple: 12 points or 8 minutes, shot clocks ticking, pressure mounting, and the crowd reacting to every crossover, block, and clutch shot.
One by one, players were eliminated until just three remained standing.
