Multimedia Artist

The Multimedia Artist will be in charge of supporting various SRI departments in their graphics video-editing needs as well as digital marketing support to the BMD department on a regular basis.

Key Result Areas

  • Pitch and conceptualize creative execution of specified marketing materials such as artworks, graphic layouts, and videos of Social Media Postings, Website Contents, In-Store campaign requirements, Event layouts and material requirements, Visual Merchandising and Scaled modules.
  • Content creation for brand's online campaign such video, reels, stories, and artwork postings.
  • Prepare content for email marketing campaigns to be sent monthly to subscribers.

Sales and Marketing Supervisor

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Responsible for Marketing plan development and execution, as well as managing marketing budget for both EQUIPE and BUTTERFLY TWISTS.
  • Responsible for day-to-day management of the brand (forecasting sales updates) and supervises sales coordinators of both brands.
  • Develops growth targets , business objectives and brand strategies for the brand that aligns with the companies business plan.
  • Identify, develop, and launch new and existing concepts and products supporting brand portfolio ( EQUIPE and BUTTERFLY TWISTS).
  • Conducts analysis and periodic reviews of both brands, competitive, catergory, customer, and consumer trends to enchance brands equity and marketplace performance ( Weekly Meeting with the General Manager, Bi-Monthly Huddle, Monthly summary reports).
  • Works with marketing and sales to identify programs that will generate incremental sales and/or profitability (Weekly meeting with sales coordinator)
  • Manage Store Operations with sales coordinator for Butterfly Twists (promo training, store/kiosk improvement, visual merchandising, day-to-day operations, etc.).
  • Works collaboratively with production/sourcing department to improve cost and facilitate on-time delievery of goods to stores as well as develop productivity initiatives (FOR EQUIPE).
  • Collaborates with as wide variety of functional areas such as sales, marketing, design, and production/operations to execute specific marketing plans for each assigned title.
  • Be the most knowledgeable resource in the company as it relates to the brands and champion the brand throughout the organization, with clients and external agencies.
  • Develop and execute advertising and promotional activities to effectively communicate the strategic positioning and lifecycle development of products to customers (work with PR/Social Media agency).

      Technical Support Staff

      Responsible for technical, software and hardware support both for back office and store level. Responsible for the maintenance of POS machines of stores as per assignment from Technical Support Assistant Supervisor / Technical Support Supervisor / MIS Manager.

      Duties and Responsibilities:

      A. Computer / Network Maintenance (Back Office)

      • Test newly purchased computers/laptops and other hardware before endorsing the equipment to the acquiring Section/Dept.
      • Check connectivity of each user both for internet and internal network.
      • Set up computer/workstation as per request by Section/Dept.
      • Set up LAN and/or WAN connection including cabling and its entire component for network connectivity within the organization.
      • Troubleshoot computer or hardware errors to maintain normal operation.
      • Performs computer maintenance as scheduled by Technical Support Assistant Supervisor / Technical Support Supervisor / MIS Manager.
      • Performs upgrade and replacement of desktops after proper evaluation and review.
      • Monitor functionality of all servers (RPRO, NAV, LS Retail, Exchange and others) both for network connection and database maintenance with the proper supervision of TSS/MIS Manager.

      B. Software Maintenance

      • Maintain functionality of software or application installed to a user. This applies both for back office and store level.
      • Provide software (RPRO, NAV, LS Retail, HRIS, etc) support for any software related concerns or if there’s malfunction in the software or application.
      • Monitor existing Firewall and Anti Virus installed at back office to ensure its full performance.

      C. Computer / Hardware Maintenance (Store Level)

      • Provide hardware support in store level to avoid POS downtime.
      • Performs computer maintenance both for POS machine(s) and server as per approval by MIS Manager.
      • Perform upgrade or replacement of POS machines and servers with proper approval from MIS Manager.
      • Maintain connection of stores to back office server for data transfer.
      • Provide technical service thru phone or via remote access to branches.
      • Conduct store visit if deemed necessary with proper approval from MIS Manager.

      D. Others

      • Provide 24/7 technical service to branches including Holidays and Sundays to avoid downtime.
      • Assists Technical Support Assistant Supervisor / Technical Support Supervisor for any documentation as per requirement from MIS Manager.
      • Assist Technical Support Assistant Supervisor / Technical Support Supervisor to come up with recommendations concerning software applications or hardware related concerns.
      • Person in charge for decision making which mainly concerns software or hardware matters during the absence of Technical Support Assistant Supervisor / Technical Support Supervisor.
      • General programming skills and software development depending on the requirement request of the department and company.

      Work Relations:

      • Reports directly to Technical Support Assistant Supervisor / Technical Support Supervisor.
      • Coordinates with other Section/Dept. that is using the RPRO/NAV/LS Retail or any other software application.
      • Coordinates with SO for any hardware and software related concerns of branches.
      • Coordinates with marketing for any web site related concerns that is too technical to handle.
      • Coordinates with all Section/Depts. for any MIS related concerns.

      Job Specifications:

      • Graduate of any of the following: BS Computer Science, BS Computer Engineering, BS Information Technology, Computer Technician.
      • With at least 1 year experience in the field of IT specializing in hardware trouble shooting, network administration and programming.
      • Must be knowledgeable with RPRO/NAV/LS Retail system and have basic idea in POS machine troubleshooting.
      • Must be knowledgeable with C#, PHP, ASP.Net, Java, Html, Visual Basic, MS SQL, My SQL, etc.
      • Programming skills is a huge advantage.
      • Must be flexible, multi tasking and can easily adapt to new environment.
      • Must work with minimum supervision.

        Franchise Development Manager:

        • Responsible for the sales process from initial solicitation through contract implementation. Includes identifying and sourcing prospective new franchisees, pipeline maintenance, and adherence to the sales process.
        • Be the brand ambassador for all brands represented.
        • Follows the sales process with prospective franchisees thoroughly.
        • Executes monthly and yearly sales objectives with regular tracking and progress reports.
        • Works closely with the Sr. Operations and Franchise Development Manager on strategic initiatives to achieve goals.
