Franchise Development Manager:

  • Responsible for the sales process from initial solicitation through contract implementation. Includes identifying and sourcing prospective new franchisees, pipeline maintenance, and adherence to the sales process.
  • Be the brand ambassador for all brands represented.
  • Follows the sales process with prospective franchisees thoroughly.
  • Executes monthly and yearly sales objectives with regular tracking and progress reports.
  • Works closely with the Sr. Operations and Franchise Development Manager on strategic initiatives to achieve goals.
  • Able to build awareness in respective territories for the brands represented.

 

MPC Planner

  • Review and analyze brand categories order analysis form/ open to buy request for local & import purchase and sustain warehouse safety stock level.
  • Review and process stores stock request for warehouse & direct delivery brands and maintain the store’s healthy months level inventory.
  • Evaluate and approve merchandise items/SKU of new brands and cost price change before sending to MIS for uploading.
  • Provide authorization number/ NAV Transfer order number for the approved pullout/stock transfer of stores.
  • Process and create new NAV TO for the approved store-transfer order resolution request.
  • Creation of transfer order for allocations of new brands.
  • Review and approve new outright SKU/brands request for system uploading and/or cost & price change request
  • Creation of new transfer order from transfer order resolution request from stores to correct store inventory based from the recommendation of inventory audit.
  • Coordination with merchandising and store operations department for stock inventory status and updates.
