Inventory Assistant
Inventory Assistants assist the Branch Supervisor/Asst. Branch Supervisor in the efficient operations of the back office and in maintaining operational efficiency in the selling area and all clerical works. He/She is responsible for the store’s operational efficiency in the absence of the Branch Supervisor and the Asst. Branch Supervisor. He/She is also tasked to handle the store’s inventory monitoring and accuracy processes and systems.

Product Development – Graphic Artist
Product Development – Graphic Artist
The Product Development Graphic Artist plays a key supporting role in the execution of packaging and product design layouts. The position focuses on transforming approved concepts into clean, brand-aligned, and print-ready visual assets. This includes packaging artworks, mockups, and other product visual materials. The role requires a strong sense of layout balance, attention to visual consistency, and a good understanding of basic color psychology. This is an entry-level position ideal for graduates of Advertising, Multimedia Arts, or Graphic Design programs. While industrial design specialization is not required, a solid grasp of visual hierarchy and layout logic is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Layout Design & Execution
- Execute packaging artworks based on approved concepts and technical guides
- Develop dielines, label layouts, and supporting visual assets (e.g., icons, infographics)
- Apply brand elements with attention to hierarchy, consistency, and legibility
- Translate feedback into layout revisions with accuracy and clarity
- Color & Design Judgment
- Use basic color theory and layout principles to ensure visual balance
- Apply Pantone and color systems according to brand or supplier guidelines
3. Artworking & Production Prep
- Prepare Final Artwork (FA) documents with dielines, trim marks, and annotations
- Coordinate with PD leads and sourcing team for alignment on production specs
- Ensure all files are supplier-ready and meet pre-press standards
4. Design Communication
- Present design proposals and revisions clearly and confidently
- Communicate with the supervisor, sourcing, and suppliers as needed
- Contribute to internal reviews by supporting mockup development and test prints
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or related field
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (must), Photoshop, and other design tools
- Strong portfolio showcasing layout work, packaging, or brand application
- Good eye for balance, visual hierarchy, and typography
- Basic understanding of color psychology and design impact
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to follow directions, receive feedback well, and adapt quickly
