Some items ordered online may be available for pick up in a store of your choice. If an item is available for pick up, you will be presented with the option to do so when selecting your item for purchase.

Most items available for store pick up are available within a few hours from placing your order. After placing your order, we will send you a confirmation email, followed by a second email when your order is ready for pick up.

All pick-up times are estimates. While we strive to meet all pick-up times as quoted, Toby’s Sports does not make any guarantee that your order will be available at any specific time. Toby’s Sports will not have any liability for any order pick-up delays.

Some items may be rejected by your chosen store for several reasons. If this happens, a Customer Service Representative will contact you for the next steps.

Please ensure that you provide the correct email address and mobile number upon checkout so that we are able to reach you as needed.

All Click & Collect orders must be paid upon check-out. We do not offer COD for Click & Collect orders.

For ELITE Members, please make sure to input your member ID in the Customer Notes section prior to checkout.


Do I have to pay for my Click & Collect order online?

Yes, All Click & Collect orders must be paid upon check-out. We do not offer COD for Click & Collect orders.

Will I be notified when my order is available for pick up?

Yes, once your order is available for pick-up, we will send you a Ready to Collect notification email. Please bring with you your
Notification e-mail when you claim your item at your selected store. Please also present a valid ID.

Please note that the order confirmation email that you will receive once your order has been placed is different from the Ready to Collect notification email. Please wait for the Ready to Collect email before you visit the store.

How long do I have to collect my order?

Please collect your purchase within 5 days once you receive the Notification e-mail that your purchase is ready to be collected.

What happens if I am unable to collect my order?

If you are unable to collect your order within 5 days,the store will keep your order in storage for a fee (P100 for max of 10-day
storage). Storage fee must be paid upon claiming. If you are not able to collect your order yourself, you may ask someone to collect it on your behalf. However,please note that the store will need a copy of your Notification e-mail to proceed with the collection.

What if I want to extend the collection time?

Your pick-up period will automatically be extended under our storage fee policy if you are unable to pick up your order within the initial 5-day pick-up period. Please contact your selected store within the initial 5-day pick-up period for an extension.

What if I was not able to make it to the collection time and would still want to claim the item?

You may still claim your order but would need to pay the storage fee upon collection.

Why does it say “Call to Confirm” under the store of my choice?

If the store you want to pick up your orders in says Call to Confirm, it means stocks are low. We advise to call the store to confirm that the item you are looking for is still available for purchase before you proceed to check-out and pay online.

Why does it say “Item Available” under the store of my choice, but I cannot choose it for Click& Collect?

This means the item is available in that store, but the Click & Collect feature is not available. Currently, only select stores are available for Click & Collect. You may still choose to call the store to reserve and purchase the item via other payment methods (not through www.tobys.com) and pick it up in-store or have it picked up by your chosen courier.

What if I want to cancel my order?

Please contact support@tobys.com and provide your order number.

What if I want to transfer my order to another store?

This is allowed only if the store has not processed your order yet, and is subject to availability. Please contact support@tobys.com immediately to provide your order number and new store choice.

Can I return my order?

You may return or exchange your order in the same store where you picked up your item following our Return/Exchange policy .
