How do I reserve a seat for the event?

Purchase the required item(s) corresponding to your desired seating category (Gallery, Lower Box, or Courtside).

Keep your purchase receipt.

Choose your category above, click Register / Upload Receipt, fill out the required details, and upload a clear picture of your receipt.

Once verified, you will receive an email confirmation with your event pass!

Which participating stores are included in this promo?

Valid receipts are strictly accepted from the following two participating Toby's Sports branches only:

  • Toby's Sports BGC Flagship Store (Bonifacio Global City, Taguig)
  • Toby's Sports SM Mall of Asia (MOA, Pasay City)


Note: Receipts from other Toby's Sports branches or third-party sellers will not be eligible for seat reservation.

What details need to be visible on my uploaded receipt?

Please ensure your receipt image clearly shows:

  • Store Name (Must clearly display Toby's Sports BGC Flagship or SM Mall of Asia)
  • Official Receipt / Invoice Number
  • Date of Purchase (Must fall within the promo period)
  • Itemized description (e.g., Pickleball Balls or Pickleball Paddle)

Can I upload 1 receipt to claim multiple seats?

Yes, as long as the single receipt contains enough qualifying items. For example, if your receipt shows 2 pickleball paddles, you may register 2 Courtside seats (submit one registration form per attendee).

How long does it take to verify my receipt?

Receipt verification takes 24 to 48 hours. Once approved, your confirmation ticket and seating details will be sent to the email address provided during registration.
