We’re getting another week of ECQ, and unfortunately, that also means that the already limited number of open gyms will also be closed. But as we all know, that doesn’t mean our fitness takes a backseat.

Thankfully, there are a ton of ways to stay fit and healthy despite being locked in at home. Here are a couple of workouts you can easily do at home with the minimum amount of equipment!

Pull-ups may seem impossible to do at first because it does require a lot of strength to be able to lift up our own body weight over and over again, but the fact of the matter is that they aren’t actually that hard to do.

You don’t have to start out by doing a whole lot of them, even just a few is a great start. You can start with a few and slowly work your way up.

If you do pull-ups consistently, you’ll be able to improve your overall upper body strength and shoulder mobility while simultaneously working out multiple muscle groups.

Jump Rope

Regularly incorporating jump rope exercises in your workouts can give you a ton of benefits such as improved coordination, agility, footwork, quickness, and endurance.
