Promo Mechanics:
1. Promo Duration: June 1 – June 30, 2019; Valid only at: Toby’s Sports Flagship Store in C1 Building, Bonifacio High Street Central, BGC, Taguig.
2. For every single receipt purchase of adidas merchandise worth P500 at the Toby’s Flagship Store in BGC, customer will get a game stub for the Toby’s x adidas Shootout Challenge. (P500 purchase = 1 stub; P1,000 purchase = 2 stubs)
3. Participants must at least be 13 yrs old to join the contest.
4. Customer must exchange the game stub at the PlayZone in the Toby’s Flagship store for a shootout game (1 stub = 1 game). Maximum of 10 game stubs to be claimed per day per person.
5. Games can only be played during store hours from Monday to Friday, 10am to 9pm, and in the presence of a Toby’s Sports Shootout Game Master.
6.Stubs can be saved and used on a later date, but only within the promo duration.
7.Stubs are named after the person who made the purchase and the game to be played in exchange of the stub must be played by person whose name is on the stub. Stubs are non-transferrable. Player must present one valid photo ID. No valid photo ID, no stub and no shootout.
8.The customer’s score will act as his/her entry for the Toby’s x adidas Shootout Challenge. Scores will not accumulate, and a player’s best score will be the official entry if he/she has multiple attempts. The other scores under one player’s name are non-transferrable.
9.All valid scores or entries within the duration of the promo will be ranked. The top 32 players with the highest scores after the duration of the promo will qualify for the Toby’s x adidas Shootout Challenge playoffs. A DTI representative will be present during the ranking period on July 1, 2019 at 5PM at Toby’ Sports BGC.
10.In case of ties/same scores that make it impossible to determine a Top 32, there will be a one-day shootout elimination round that all affected participants will be asked to join. Contestants will be contacted via phone and email address to confirm their attendance. The players who confirm and attend the shootout elimination round will be the only ones to receive a chance to get into the remaining slot/s in the Top 32.
a. The shootout elimination round will be held on July 3, 2019 at 5PM at the PlayZone in the Toby’s Sports Flagship Store.
11.The FINAL Top 32 players will be announced via social media and will be contacted via their provided phone and email address.
12.The Top 32 players will be given 3 days or 72 hours to confirm their attendance in the playoffs. Otherwise, their slot will be forfeited and will be given to the next person in rank.
13.The Top 32 will receive adidas merchandise that they are required to wear during the playoffs. The playoffs will be held on July 7, 2019 starting at 4PM at the PlayZone in the Toby’s Sports Flagship Store (see below for the Playoffs Mechanics).
14.GCs, cash and card payments only for the purchase.
15. Toby’s Sports employees and their relatives up to 2nd degree are not allowed to join the contest.
Shootout Game Rules:
1.) Three (3) spots will be marked on the court with corresponding points
- Right Elbow
- Middle
- Left Elbow
2.) Players will get eight (8) basketballs per spot and shoot on the three (3) corresponding spots on the floor to score as many points as possible.
