What is ELITE?
ELITE is our membership program where you can unlock rewards, such as a welcome coupon, birthday discount, head starts for hot launches, events, and more across all of our Toby’s Group family of brands (“Brands”). ELITE is not a points-earning membership program.
Our Brands include: Toby’s Sports, runnr and urbanAthletics. ELITE is open to residents of the Philippines, who are 17 years of age or older, and have a valid email.
How do I join ELITE?
You can join ELITE at our participating Brand stores.
Is a purchase required to join ELITE?
Yes, a purchase in any of our participating stores is required to join ELITE. However, there is no minimum amount required for the purchase.
I signed up for an online account and agreed to receive marketing emails. Am I already an ELITE member?
No. ELITE is different from registering for an account in our website and signing up to receive emails. You must enroll separately in ELITE in one of our participating brand stores to become a member and get ELITE benefits.
Is there an ELITE App?
None yet, but we’re working on it so stay tuned!
Once I register in the store, am I automatically an ELITE member?
No, you must wait for a welcome email with a link to complete your profile. Once you have completed your profile, you will receive another email with your MEMBER ID in barcode form. Save it in your phone as you need it to claim your perks!
Do I need to remember the email address I used when I signed up in the store for ELITE?
Yes, please make sure to remember as this can be asked to pull up your member records when claiming perks.
What if I did not receive a welcome email with a link to complete my profile?
Please allow 24 hours for your welcome email to arrive in your mailbox. Please check your Junk/Spam Mail in case the welcome email was sent there. If still no email after 24 hours, please contact the store you signed up in to make sure the right email was entered or email elitesupport@tobys.com.
What if a wrong email address was entered during in-store sign-up?
Customer is responsible for making sure a correct and working email is entered during the sign-up process. Our store cashier will also confirm the email address and all other customer details prior to creating the member profile that will trigger a welcome email to be sent.
If indeed a wrong email was entered, you must go through the entire registration process again. Your old account will then be cancelled.
I changed my email address, how can I update my account
Changing your email address means cancelling your old account and creating a new one. This means you will have to go through the entire registration process to join ELITE. Your old account will then be cancelled.
REWARDS
Do I get points if I’m an ELITE Member?
No, ELITE is not a points-based membership program. ELITE is a perks or rewards-based membership program.
Once I register in the store, can I immediately use my P250 Welcome Voucher?
No, you can only use your P250 welcome voucher once you have completed your profile to complete your ELITE member application. Once you have done this, you can use your P250 welcome voucher on your next purchase. Please make sure to present a valid ID and the welcome voucher email when claiming your welcome voucher.

Once I register in the store and it’s my birth month, can I use my 20% Birthday Discount on the same purchase?
No, you can only use your 20% Birthday Discount once you have completed your profile to complete your ELITE member application and on your next purchase, which must still fall on your birth month. Please make sure to present a valid ID with birthday when claiming your birthday discount. No valid ID with birthday, no discount.
Can I return/exchange what I bought using my birthday discount outside of my birth month?
Purchases using the birthday discount can only be returned/exchanged within the same month.
For the free racquet stringing service, can I claim this in all Toby’s Sports stores nationwide?
You may claim this reward once a year, in participating Toby’s Sports stores only. Please see above for participating stores.
What does access to the PlayZone in Toby’s Sports Flagship BGC means?
ELITE members have a 1 free game per day per member in the Toby’s Shootout located at the PlayZone in Toby’s Sports Flagship BGC. The free game does not apply to special Toby’s Shootout events.
Do I need to present anything to claim my rewards?
Yes, a Valid ID is required to claim all ELITE rewards. For claiming of birthday discount, a valid ID that has your birthday is required. Our teammate will not process your birthday discount without a valid ID that has your birthday.
Can somebody else claim my rewards for me?
Rewards are non-transferrable and cannot be used by a person other than the member. However, if the member is present, the member can present his/her. Valid ID to claim his/her own rewards under his/her member account.
ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
How long do I have to complete my registration?
You have two (2) months from the time of your initial sign up to complete your profile via the link sent through the Welcome Email, which completes your ELITE registration. This will then allow you to avail of the different perks that come with an ELITE membership.

How do I update my communications preferences for my ELITE account?
Your communication preferences can be updated by using the links provided in any ELITE email you have received.
What if I want to cancel my ELITE Membership?
Please email customer service at elitesupport@tobys.com.
Can I have more than one ELITE account?
Members are only allowed one account per individual. Having more than one account is not permitted and will result to the deletion or cancellation of your account.
