Flexible Outsole
Nike Free technology combines stable foam in the heel with a softer, more flexible foam in the forefoot. It works with flex grooves on the outsole to deliver the flexibility that dynamic workouts demand.
Midfoot containment
To help hold your foot in place as you move, we paired a webbed lacing system with an inner sleeve. Together, they provide added containment for a secure fit.
Breathable upper
