I am not happy with my purchase experience with Toby's. I bought the item specifically because a budget for reimbursement was available as long as I am able to provide receipt named to the office. The receipt was given but I was told to be the one to write on blank space. Since this is not my job, I made a mistake and when I asked for a reprinted receipt, or a manual OR instead, I was advised to simply return item as the request for reprint or manual OR is not done by Toby's. If the request was handled properly initially, there should not have been any problems. I could have just purchased the item at a physical store instead.
