Warranty Conditions

1. Proof of purchase and detailed description of the issue are required. Please provide the necessary information, videos, and the serial number (SN).
2. Coverage applies to performance failures with usage of less than 80,000 times.
3. All warranty claims are subject to testing, evaluation, and approval by the Supplier
4. Software-related issues may be resolved through remote software updates. Hardware-related issues will be evaluated to determine if unit replacement is required.
